First things first, use whatever weapon you like and always utilize power interaction and damage buffs from powers. This isn't a pro guide what so ever, just some decent loadouts I found that worked out.
Stats to work on is might, precision, power and personal favorite, defense.
Defense really isn't needed for dps but having it helps a lot. Note that if you put skill points into defense you will lose some potential dps.
Enough about stats as it's pretty straight forward.
Loadouts
Current loadout: temporal extortion - anomaly - warp barrage - tachyon blast - time bubble - quantum tunneling/robot sidekick
Anomaly will boost precision and might for a short time and give a damage buff of 35%. Right after I use this I like to use anomaly to do quick damage and boost damage an extra 45%. This is where I'll use weapon combos then use warp barrage. Weapon combo to abuse the large damage buff you received then redo the cycle.
Tachyon blast comes into rotation on boss fights. Warp barrage, weapon combo then tachyon blast. When performing tachyon blast as a melee user, step back a safe but close distance. Jump back into the fight with weapon combo to abuse the very large damage buff you received from using tachyon blast.
For all you ranged fellows out there, this layout might be a little useless since anomaly is a mid-close range power. If you like you can replace it with time bomb however the lack of a power interaction will hurt your dps. So a recommended load out would be our next ideal choice.
Ranged: gravitonic field/warped reality - singularity - gravity well - oblivion - time bubble - quantum tunneling/robot sidekick
Everything in this loadout is ranged and safe. Gravitonic field and warped reality, which ever one you prefer, will set up your power interaction. Quickly toss singularity and use up some weapon combos. If singularity bunches up a few adds go ahead and throw down a gravity well which most time then not will stun. Short and sweet. You can also switch back and forth between weapon combo and anomaly as singularity doesn't take up too much power and has a short cooldown. Oblivion deals very good damage and targets around 6 adds. Using this in crowded corridors is best.
Explaining time bubble and quantum tunneling.
Time bubble is your shield. It won't protect you from knock downs or stuns but you won't take damage. This should be used if you are in trouble and soda is on cooldown or healer is having issues getting you heals. It buys you time.
Quantum tunneling is our oh shit button. It'll teleport you a rolls distance in whatever direction your character is facing and removes aggro. I personally use this to get through little traps or unbreakable attacks or big hitting boss attacks. You cannot tunnel through bosses so keep that in mind.
I'll edit this later but everything is personal preference. These are the two load outs I enjoyed and worked well.
